Bayern Munich: We have the last word in transfer

Bayern Munich’s head coach Guardiola is going to join Man City in summer, and Man City’s sporting director Begiristain hopes to sign more players from Bundesliga, which makes Bayern Munich angry. Bayern Munich’s president accepts an interview from Sport Bild and says “A contract is a contract. Man City should respect that.”

Will Man City sign a Bayern Munich player? Begiristain says “Our goal is to build a powerful team, but so do Bayern Munich. We have been trying to build a new team for recent months, and who knows what will happen.” It apparently annoys Rummnigge and he says “The remarks of Man City’s fellow surprises me. A contract is a contract, and Man City should respect that.”

Bayern Munich just extended Alaba’s contract till 2021 and Rummnigge says “Bayern Munich always hope to run the team well. We took the initiative in Alaba’s extension. Bayern Munich are a club able to make a decision, which can’t be done with crazy cost by some clubs in England.”
