Mourinho: I am only interested in a difficult league

Mourinho attends an activity in Lisbon and he reveals his current situation, and he tells that he is going to return to be a soccer coach.

 

First of all, Mourinho talks about his plan, “I almost can assure you that I am to restart my work this summer and now I’ve got some good quotes.” But Mourinho does not mention his exact new club and he just makes a joke, “One thing is sure, which is, my future won’t be in Estoril Praia or Ferreira Pacos (two Super Liga teams), because they don’t change their head coaches.”

Mourinho tells his expectations on the new club, “We will know where my future is when the season ends, and I want a team that really needs me. I hope to work with a responsible team in a difficult league without the goals that can be achieved easily, which doesn’t allow me to have many alternatives.”

Meanwhile, Mourinho also talks about the Super Liga team Benfica which have

reached the final eight in the Champions League, “I am the last Portuguese

coach to win a Champions League title, but I prefer not to be, and I am not that

naughty as Guttmann.”

Finally, Mourinho expresses his eagerness to coach again, “(After being

sacked by Chelsea) I was relaxed in the first two months but kind of tired in the

third month, and now I long to work again. I could go to the stadium and read a

newspaper every day.”
