Ferdinand: Van Nistelrooy kicked CR7 in Man Utd

Cristiano Ronaldo’s film is about to be released and there have been more and more issues about CR7 hyped up by the media. Ferdinand, former Man Utd captain, reveals that Van Nistelrooy kicked CR7 in Man Utd and he almost got hit by Van Nistelrooy for defending CR7.

It happened in the 2005-06 season. At training, Van Nistelrooy and CR7 had a dispute, and they both quarreled. “At first they just bickered, and then Van Nistelrooy booted CR7,” Ferdinand continues, “To protect CR7, I kicked Van Nistelrooy back and he tried to punch me but failed.”

The conflict between Van Nistelrooy and CR7 is publicized by Ferdinand like this. According to the media in England, in the 2005-06 season, Van Nistelrooy once complain to Ferguson about CR7. “He doesn’t pass the ball and I don’t need to move, because I know he won’t cross.” Said Van Nistelrooy. As the relationship between CR7 and Van Nistelrooy got worse, Ferguson made a choice; He kept CR7 and sent Van Nistelrooy away.

To Van Nistelrooy’s surprise, he became CR7’s teammate again in Real Madrid. Van Nistelrooy joined Real Madrid in 2006 and helped the team win the La Liga title for two consecutive years. In 2009, CR7 joined Real Madrid for 96 million euro, and Van Nistelrooy then was a veteran player with injuries. In January 2010, Van Nistelrooy’s contract with Real Madrid was cancelled and he joined Hamburger SV. The club told the world that Van Nistelrooy was going to play more games for European Football Championship. But Mundodeportivo now doubts that CR7 may have played an important role in it.
