According to the Italian media, Juventus and Real Madrid are close to attach a new clause on Morata. The both sides will delete the buy-back clause on Morata’s current contract, which means Morata is very likely to stay at Juventus and Real Madrid got little chance to buy Morata back. Meanwhile, the media said Juventus are going to sign a new contract with Morata and the annual salary of this Spanish center could rise to 5 million euro.
According to the contract signed by both Real Madrid and Juventus, Real Madrid have right to activate the buy-back clause in 2016 and buy Morata back with 30 million euro, and in 2017, the buy-back clause will rise to 35 million euro. Lately, Florentino claimed the team would buy Morata back. But Juventus don’t want to let him go. After all, Morata scored 16 goals and offered 7 assists in his 50 appearances for Juventus.
It’s reported that Real Madrid and Juventus have attached an agreement and the both sides will delete the buy-back clause. Besides, Juventus will sign a new contract with Morata in the recent and increase his yearly salary substantially.
Morata’s current contract with Juventus ends in 2019 and his yearly salary is 2.5 million euro. When he finishes signing the new contract, his new yearly salary will rise to 3.2 million euro. In the contract term, his annual salary will increase year by year and it could reach 5 million. Actually, Morata said he was going to stay at Juventus in previous interviews.
