Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi have been compared by people for long. According to a latest survey, CR7’s “online influence” on Internet is larger than Messi’s. This is a survey conducted by a network consulting company whose name is Trivium IC, and they draw the conclusion through analyzing the online influence of the two best soccer players in the world.
The expert team gets the scores after synthesizing their performances, and surprisingly, who ranks 1st is neither CR7 nor Messi but Rooney of Man Utd. CR7 ranks 2nd while Messi just ranks 9th.
It’s reported that the company has set about 100 parameters for the survey and deeply analyzed the influence of the selected players on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Youtube as well as their personal websites. At last, they calculate the scores and make the final ranking.
CR7’s influence on social networking sites is huge and he is one of the players who have the most fans on social networking sites. He gets 108 million fans on Facebook, 39 million fans on Twitter and also 39 million fans on Instagram. In the aspect of interaction with fans on social networking sites, CR7 shows more actively than Messi.
Messi doesn’t have a Twitter account but he owns the second most soccer fans on Facebook and over 80 million fans follows him, second only to CR7. On Instagram, he has over 30 million fans, less than CR7 and Neymar.
